I’m so glad I found this product. It literally helps with having proper tongue posture while sleeping, and just overall posture. 10/10!! Really recommend it.

Tongue was fully locked in the roof of the mouth, this tape is really helpful!
I've only been using the tape for a short time but I usually wake up , at age 46, looking like a pile of wrinkled smoosh, but I wake up looking sooooo much better with this tape and it's definitely helping me keep my mouth closed. I love it so far
along with the fascia release, body posture exercice, thumbpulling, the zygotape really help my face to look better and younger
I’m honestly so surprised how good this tape works! I’m in love with it. It’s only been a week and I’m seeing real results. It’s been helping to decrease my double chin and I’m noticing a sharp jawline! I HIGHLY recommend this for everyone.
After even about a week or so I could feel them starting to work and realign. I’m about 2.5 months in and I could finally start feeling my mouth close more naturally when on my side and my tongue go to the roof of my mouth better. I think it’ll take a little more time to really see more drastic improvement with chin projection and asymmetry along with doing consistent exercises, so I’m going to stick with it. Only thing with the strips, although good quality, I do get a little contact dermatitis at times at either end of the strips I think due to the adhesive or elastic material for some reason but it's not been enough to put me off them yet. Photos are before (without strips) and now (with).
Zygotape has seriously helped me so much. I can feel my tongue suction to my mouth and the proper facial tension across my face. Sooooo worth it!
Incorporating ZYGO Tape into my routine fairly much later since beginning this Fascial journey, I had a kind of full-circle-moment. Do not underestimate this magical tape. I am only on night three and I can already feel what it’s working on. This is definitely worth it and more— I can confidentially say that.

very solid, sticks suprisingly well, would hope for it to be cheaper at some point cause the steep price will definitely put off potential buyers who may see it as a snake oil kinda scam. Works great cant wait to see results thanks
I’ve been using zygo tape for 2 weeks. My face feels a little fuller and brighter. I sleep extremely well and can tell something is changing.
I just started my zygo tape journey, but it feels great already.
I have noticed a more contour look in the morning when I take the tapes off. I really need more contour especially in the corners of my mouth I’m 70 years old so anything helps.
I used to use Japanese face tape but this feels kinder to my skin and is already cut ready to use! I use it to support my SMAS muscles at night and wouldn’t be without it! :)
It feels really amazing and I saw immediately a difference in my face. I sleep much better and I’m not tired in the morning. Furthermore I breathe much better and have better performances during training.
This version is so much better than the previous. The right stickiness so it doesn't fall off throughout the night, and when I peel it off it doesn't leave residue on my skin👍

Love it, it feels a lot more supportive than the kinesiology tape I was using before. Keeps my tounge up all night! I do get a little red and some glue stays behind when taking it off, but I started using a bit of Camelia oil half an h before applying the zygo tape and seems to be better for my skin.
Needs a LITTLE More adhesive to be a great product. The amount now I find peels off over night in parts.
Version 2.0 has a stronger adhesive allowing for the tape to stay on all night even with the tossing and turning I do. With version 1.0 I had to shave more frequently in order to keep the tape adhering to my face, 2.0 solved that problem.
Well, honestly, it need a lot of practice for one to make a change. The tape helps only if one practice :) This is from my perspective of a person on 47 :) The sooner one learn the myofunctional habits the better look will have and the results will be seen easily.

I was initially somewhat skeptical about how well ZygoTape would work for me since traditional mouth tape for sleep looks very different. However, after receiving and wearing them for a few weeks, I can undoubtedly say that these have given me the best sleeping experience by improving the consistency of mewing while asleep, relaxing the facial muscles, reducing nighttime bloating, and helping me focus more on back sleeping rather than conscious mewing before sleep. Besides that, I have also noticed slow structural improvements in my face, which is a huge benefit, especially as an adult.
